Ladder 4422, Rescue Squad 4426, Ambulance 4417, and mutual aid units responded to a single vehicle rollover accident on I-270. The driver was extricated and transported to a Level I trauma center with a possible femur fracture and internal bleeding.

District personnel extricate the lone occupant from a single vehicle accident on northbound Interstate 270. The patient was flown to St. John’s Mercy with a head injury and fractured ribs.
